Job Description
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aggressive team player with a strong hold in the IT market.
- Should have some understanding about the hot IT skills in the market.
- Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from universities, Network, Social Networking sites, and other sources.
- Maintaining an active database of OPT candidates.
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience working with OPT/CPT, EAD resources.
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
- Good Negotiation, Sourcing and Networking Skills.
- Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals(Monster, Dice, Indeed etc).
- Talking to the candidates and taking initial phone screening & Skype, understand their competencies & skill sets.
- Individually handle the whole OPT/CPT recruitment process.
