Qualifications : A First Class Post-Graduate Degree in Life Sciences/Medicine/ Veterinary Science/ Virology/ Clinical Virology/ Clinical Diagnostics. PhD with specialization in areas related to Virology / Immunology/ Microbiology. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in research after Ph. D. Proven track record in terms of quality research publications in virology related areas/Patents
Desirable : Ability to demonstrate success in technical proficiency, scientific creativity and accountability, while collaborating with others using independent thought. Exemplary organizational skills with a proven track record of working effectively both independently and as a team player. Experience with biocontainment facilities and procedures, laboratory safety, biosecurity, and decontamination processes
Pay Band : Rs.37400- 64000 GP 8900 (Pre-revised)
Age Limit : Below 50 years as on 30.09.2019, relaxable in case of exceptionally qualified candidates
