Senior Product Manager -- ETB - (WD09040)
Job Duties & responsibilities :
(A) Scaling up the UL business from Existing to Bank customers
(B) Deliver on business plan for UL disbursements
(C) Drive profitability and measure and better Key portfolio parameters like ATS, NIM, Avg Proc fee etc
(D) Identify and implement product programs for new customer segments within ETB customers
(E) Understand and evaluate key credit portfolio parameters and jointly make necessary changes to manage the quality of portfolio
(F) Enabling and implementing technological enhancements for UL
(G) Plan digital marketing campaigns and guide the central marketing team and track and monitor execution and results
(H) Manage Tele channel – Identify and recruit tele sales agencies, identify and recruit tele agents, define and measure productivity metrics and grow disbursements
