Job Description:
- Manage a team of Program Associates who will deliver appropriate behavioural outcomes , Bridge and Avanti curriculum.
- Facilitate, train and strengthen the work efficiency of Program Intern along with Program Associate.
- Build strong relationships with program related and external Stakeholders to ensure effective and monitoring systems are in place of Avanti’s Intervention Schools.
- Create training Plan with Training and counselling team.
- Create case work and group counselling plan with Training and counselling team.
- Monitor program team operations on field and provide strategic development inputs to the team.
- Submit monthly and financial program report.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Manage Avanti’s resources, staff to ensure the full offer of Avanti’s intervention
- Lead a staff team delivering Avanti’s programme at Chennai Corporation Schools and manage all aspects of their performance.
- Updation of the Team’s Staff Attendance Tracker and handling their Financial expenses
- Ensuring Effective Knowledge to overview the Documentation submitted by the Team Staffs
- Making Periodic visits to Avanti’s Intervention Schools and monitoring the quality of the Programme
- Formulate development plans for the Avanti’s Chennai as a member of the Management Team
- Support the Programme Manager to implement updates to the Avanti’s programme
