2. Job description Senior Project Associate (PCB Designer)
3. Location: IIT Ropar - TIF
4. Full time (on contract) position in IIT Ropar – Technology and Innovation Foundation (TIF), a section – 8 company
5. Roles & Responsibilities:
a. Develop design documents like schematic, assembly and fabrication drawings.
b. Prototype assembly and testing.
c. Analyse and resolve design related issues in a timely manner
d. Design finalisation and send files to manufacturers.
e. Provide support to manufacturing and packaging teams when required.
f. Proficiency in Altium Designer is mandatory.
g. PCB schematic, layout design, defining layer stack-ups of complex multilayer boards.
h. Expertise on power supply design for low power IoT applications.
i. Expertise on handling analog, digital, high frequency, matched differential pairs, circuitry.
j. High speed digital, analog and mixed signal routing.
k. Differential & single ended impedance control signals routing.
l. Expertise on ESD, EMI/EMC compliance board design.
6. Qualifications and Essential Skills:
i. B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
ii. Minimum four years experience in Research and Development in Industrial and academic institutes of Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services
7. Remuneration: 42,000 Per Month + HRA. Suitable on-campus accommodation may be provided, based on availability.
