1. The incumbent has the responsibility of executing a project and seeing that it is completed successfully, within the given deadline.
2. Should have excellent management skills to coordinate with the team and also with the clients and Freelancers.
3. Should have ability to handle client queries
4. Preparing questionnaire and guidelines as per clients requirements
5. Preparing final presentation to be presented to clients
6. Should be proactive in getting new Freelancers/Auditors and add them into our database
7. Train and guide Freelancers/Auditors to perform the audits as per client requirements
8. Follow up with Freelancers/Auditor to ensure reports are submitted within due date
9. Makes sure that the assignment timelines are strictly followed
10. Should be able to handle the team.
Requirements
1. Strong communicator with ability to articulate ideas, both written and verbal
2. Basic strategic and tactical marketing skills
3. Experience in handling Clients.
4. People management skill
5. Ability to think creatively
6. Ability to work independently and with minimal structure
7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Word, Access, PowerPoint and particularly Excel
8 . Should be Multitasker & good planner
