desirable: active/passive device characterization and compact model development, PDK
development, mentoring junior engineers, working with device (fab) and circuit design teams is
desirable; interest in incubation desirable
Pay Details:
PR O1: Salary range from Rs.67000 to Rs. 91000 + Rs.8000.00/- Out Of Campus Allowance (if
applicable) p.m.
