1. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment

3.Should be an expert in screening resumes
4. Candidates should partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
5.Perform person to person and telephonic interviews with candidates
6. Providing recommendations to company hiring managers.
7.Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
