Designation - Senior Recruiter

1. Experience in end to end IT recruiting process

2. Responsible for sourcing and screening potential IT and Non-IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent openings.

3. Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms, like Naukri, LinkedIN & other job boards

4. finding the right match for that requirement in the given time

5. follow ups with the vendor like - scheduling calls, arranging interviews and getting confirmations who clears the interviews

6. Screening the profiles and taking basic telephonic interview with the candidates

7. Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and conduct on-boarding activities including background and reference checks

8. Generating business from the existing/new accounts and achieving profitability and increased growth

9. Designing the job descriptions of the given requirements for posting the jobs

10. Client follow up for the status of the selected candidates

11. Checking the time sheets of the employees and other administrative works

12. Conducting team meetings and analyzing the performance of the team members

13. Company promotional activities for getting the business
