No. of Post : Two posts

1. SRF in GIS based marine resource mapping.

2. SRF in Fishery biology and mariculture.

Educational Qualifications and desirable experience :

For SRF In GIS based marine resource mapping:

Essential qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Geo-informatics/ Marine Geology/Earth Science/Remote sensing and GIS.

Desirable qualification: Experience in mapping of marine fishery resources.

For SRF in Fishery biology and mariculture: Post graduate in Fisheries science/ Marine/Ocean Sciences/ Biological sciences,

Desirable qualification: Experience in Fishery biology, laboratory analysis of water quality and mariculture.

Emoluments :  

a. Rs. 25,000/- P.M. for first and second year and Rs, 28,000/P.M for the third year for Postgraduate Degree in Basic Science with NET and 2 years of Experience or P.G. degree in Professional course and 2 years of Experience.

b. Rs. 16,000/- P.M. for the first and second year and Rs 18,000/-P.M (with permissible HRA) (Post-graduate degree in basic science ( without NET) with two years of experience

Age limit Upper age limit: 35 years for Men & 40 years for Women
