Qualifications : Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned speciality. If such candidates are not available in particular speciality, those without PG qualification having at least 03 years experience after MBBS in concerned speciality in a reputed hospital may also be considered.

Note : 1.For Senior Residents in Cardiology, those with experience in performing 2D Echo will be preferable 2. For Senior Residents in Critical Care MD in Anaesthesia or MD in General Medicine with fellowship in critical care medicine or atleast one year experience in Super Specialty ICUs.

Emoluments : The Senior Residents will be paid in the revised pay band PB-3 of Rs.15,600/- - 39,100/- carrying Grade Pay of Rs.6,600/- (Approximate Total salary Rs. 85,900/-) admissible as per the Central Govt. Senior Residency pay scale. For PG Diploma Rs 600/- per month and Rs.1210/- per month for Non-PG shall be reduced from their Band Pay.

Age Limits : Not exceeding 35 years as on 30-03-2017 (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per rule).
