Senior Resident Surgery / Junior Resident job recruitment in Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute 

(1)  Sr. Resident

No. of Posts : 06 (six) posts, UR-4, OBC-2 ( + panel )

Departments & No. of Posts : (Surgery=2{1 for OBC}, Gynaecology=1 {OBC}, Radiotherapy=1, ENT = 1 & Medical Oncology=1)

Qualification : (i)  A recognised Medical Qualification included in the first or second schedule or part-II of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualification ) to the Indian Medical Council Act. 1965. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub- section (3) of sections (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1965.(ii) A post graduate degree/Diploma in the respective discipline from recognised university and must produce MCI registration certificate for the same at the time of joining

Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100+G.P. Rs.6600 (6th CPC)

 Age : 33 years

Tenure : 1 year. Can be extended on year to year basis up to three years subject to satisfactory performance work and conduct report from concerned HOD..

Jr. Resident

No. of Posts : 16(sixteen) posts,UR-8,  PWD-2, SC-2,ST-1,OBC-3 (+ panel) 

Departments & No. of Posts : (Surgery=5, Medical Oncology=4 Anas-ITU=2, Reserve=2, ENT=1, Radiotherapy=1 &  Gynae=1)

Qualification : (i)  A recognised Medical Qualification included in the first or second schedule or part-II of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualification ) to the Indian Medical Council Act. 1965. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third schedule should also full fill the conditions stipulated in sub- section (3) of sections (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1965.(ii) A post graduate degree/Diploma in the respective discipline from recognised university and must produce MCI registration certificate for the same at the time of joining. Desirable : 1 year experience in the relevant field.

Pay Scale  : Rs.15600-39100+G.P. Rs.5400 (6th CPC)Age : 30 years

Tenure : 6 months. Can be extended upto one year subject to satisfactory performance work and conduct report from concerned HOD
