Birfa IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is urgently looking for an Sales Associate or Senior Sales Associate position.
Job Description or Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage phone calls and provide response to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
2. Facilitate sales of all services according to company and client requirement.
3. Coordinate with customers and avoid any discontinuation from his or her end.
4. Assist customers with all knowledge on products and services and convert lead into sales.
5. Perform all follow up for all outbound calls in case of missed call.
6. Ensure optimal level of client satisfaction at all times and process all orders on phone.
7. Manage and process and correspondence with customers.
8. Making sales calls, continuously updating on our software, and meeting sales targets.
Requirements:
- Accent to deal with clients from USA
- Entrepreneurial-Self-motivated individual who strives to exceed targets and expectations in the workplace
- Strong 'hunter' approach to sales with ability to create, grow and manage a book of business
- Minimum of a high school diploma or a university diploma / degree in any fields is mandatory.
- Fresher with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Able to work from our office Mon – Sat, 9 pm - 6 am.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
