Job Title / Designation: Senior Sales Executive
Job Description:
- Reporting to the Area sales Manager, he will be responsible for Sales for designated areas within a Zone
- He will also be responsible for working closely with Architects and generating sales through them
- This is primarily a field job
Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:
- Good Communication skills
- Fluency in English is necessary.
- Fluency in Hindi & two local languages like Kannada, Tamil, Telugu will be an added advantage
- Ability to interact with Senior Architects is a necessity.
- Ownership of a two wheeler with a valid driving license is a must
- Should have been a resident of Bangalore for at least 3 years
Preferred Industry Experience: Open to any Industry though Construction Industry preferred.
Specific Skill Set: Selling skills/ability to develop & maintain rapport with Senior architects/clients
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: Fresher
Annual CTC: Maximum CTC Rs. 3,00,000 p.a + Mobile +Incentives
Location(s) of Job: Bangalore.
Minimum Education Requirements: Degree/Diploma/ MBA
No of rounds of Interviews: Two- preliminary telephonic interview followed by F2F interview, if shortlisted
Work Timings: 1000 hrs to 1900 hrs; 8.5 hours per days inclusive of 30 min lunch break. The working days will be Monday to Saturday
Travel & Allowance: Mobile reimbursement upto Rs. 500 per month; Conveyance reimbursement as per company policy
Languages:
- Fluency in English is necessary.
- Fluency in two local languages like Kannada, Tamil, Telugu will be an added advantage
- Relocation & Reimbursement: Candidate should have been a resident of Bangalore for at least 3 years; hence no relocation allowance is applicable
