• From Education Industry with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably from k-12 sector and already working in Pune.
  
• Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate.
  
• Should be of Pleasing Personality.
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills. (CAN SPEAK IN ENGLISH)
  
• Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
  
• Comfortable in Travelling.
  
• Should possess own two-wheeler.
  
• Ability to Influence, Convince and Persuade
  

• Generating database from Schools and other sources of students for enrolling maximum number of students for HTSE (Horizon Talent Search Exam).
  
• Meeting the Principals, Coordinators and management Personals of schools for Business generation.
  
• To Plan various BTL activities within assigned region.
  
• Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters etc.
  
• Conducting Seminars in schools, open seminars in town, Residential Apartments (Townships)
  
• Converting data into admissions.
  
• Interaction with students and parents on routine basis
  
• Liaison with Cluster Manager for Upcoming programs, admissions test, Schemes and other offers.
  
• Liaison with Local tuition teachers to add business.
  
• Conducting various marketing campaigns and evaluate their performance.
  
• Involves travelling within assigned Region.
  
• Looking for a dynamic person with good marketing / sales skills who can consider the position as a challenge and elevate himself to the next level by handling team.
