Senior Sales Manager at WowMakers

- Understanding of customer needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Manage the closed Deals/Accounts
- Achieves/exceeds monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets and gross profit quota by identifying, prospecting and qualifying new customers
Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing solutions for the sales team to deliver to customers
- Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers
- Closing new business deals by negotiating contracts, integrating requirements with business operations
- Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends
- Maintaining relationships with larger clients by providing information, support, and guidance
- Supports marketing related events, seminars, mailings and call campaigns to increase brand awareness and presence in the market
- Should effectively do the follow-ups on visited & non visited client
- Preparing reports by collecting sales information and statistics
- Submits accurate and timely forecasts that are aligned with assigned sales quotas
- Mentoring sales team members
- Effectively communicates and presents the WowMakers value proposition to all stakeholders
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Management of WowMakers
