What you’ll do:

• Provide hands-on technical leadership in the development team.
  
• Lead a small team of developers to drive implementation of features.
  
• Create and drive the detailed planning, scheduling and execution of development plans to meet business goals and schedules.
  
• Help define and enforce development practices, including unit tests and code reviews.
  
• Promote and drive innovation in technologies, processes, and tools.
  
• Mentor and develop team members.
  

• Solid Software Development background with 5+ years of experience
  
• 5+ years of experience leading complex software development projects through all phases of the software development life cycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Proven record of strong technical leadership.
  
• Strong knowledge of ASP.Net,C#, JavaScript, JQuery, Sql Server, MVC etc.
  
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
  
•  Capable of working with ambiguous requirements and minimal direction.
  
• Well respected and acknowledged as an expert by peers.

• Emotionally mature team player with a positive can-do attitude.
  

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  
• Proven experience as software architect
  
• Experience in software development and coding in various languages (OOPs, C#, .NET, JQuery, mobile app etc.)
  
• Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
  
• A technical mindset with great attention to detail
  
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  
• Good documentation skills
