Required Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Agile methodology and Rally tool to support Scrum calls
- Working knowledge of SSIS to development and troubleshooting issues
- Knowledge of monitoring tools e.g. OpenView, Sitescope and Splunk to check probes and application log files to perform RCA of front end tool
- Knowledge of Service now application to work on production deployment tickets
- Knowledge of TWS for Job setup and monitoring execution
