Job Description:

We are always looking for passionate people with a hustle mentality.
As a Google AdWords Specialist, you will be responsible for managing clients pay-per-click campaigns (Google AdWords & YouTube Ads) from creation and working to improve their website and landing page conversion rates.
All your work will focus on driving the maximum number of conversions at the lowest acquisition cost possible to ensure maximum ROI for the client.

Were after a switched-on paid search pro who can:

Setup, manage and optimise campaigns on Google Adwords and YouTube.
Analyse analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics (i.e. A/B, split-testing etc) to squeeze as much ROI as humanly possible out of each dollar spent.
Write effective direct response ad copy that sells.
Manage landing page and websites to install conversion code and tracking pixels.
Communicate effectively with and educate Account Managers who will relay to clients the strategies of your campaigns.
Be invested in each clients business as though it were your own.
Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for corrective modifications with a view to ongoing optimisation.
Keep your finger on the pulse to identify opportunities within paid search for the benefit of both Elite and their clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 year experience building and running AdWords campaigns.
Google AdWords & Analytics certified.
Hunger to stay up-to-date in the fast changing environment.
Willing to try new strategies.
Data-driven and analytical.
Capable of managing time effectively to ensure all clients receive a high quality of care.
