Job Description
- SEO Analyst is responsible for leading the SEO initiatives and strategies that will contribute to the traffic, brand and search rankings of our web properties.
- Proven track record of delivering tangible results on traffic and conversions.
- Solid understanding of search engine ranking factors, algorithms, site architectures and strategies.
- Expert in all areas of SEO including strong technical skills (html, site architecture and content management systems).
- Strong understanding of web analytics and ability to derive meaningful insights for creation of organic search strategies.
- Doing thorough keyword research and prioritizing keywords using our best practices
- Research competitor link structure.
- Develop & lead internal link optimization strategy.
- Implement link building campaigns in coordination with appropriate vendors
- Creating 301 redirects, HTML / XML sitemaps, title tags, meta descriptions
- Experience in managing relevant SEO Tools.
- Ability to anticipate or quickly react to ever changing search engine landscape and algorithms by staying on top of current search engine news, trends, practice and social triggers.
- Interact with web developers & designers to drive SEO compatibility on the web.
- Ability to utilize social media such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+, blogs and articles to influence search engine visibility.
- Online public relations, link building, social media profile setup and improvement
- Upgrading website code, servers, and other areas to increase site speed
- Consolidating CSS files and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Interact with clients weekly / monthly to apprise them on SEO Performance.
- Conduct site structure analysis. Develop & lead keyword / content strategy.
- Work on developing keyword ranking reports.
- Monitor, track & report on Web Analytics metrics.
- Strong in written and oral communications
- Internet savvy Knowledge of key web analytics metrics is a plus
- Basic HTML and CSS Knowledge is a plus
- In - depth knowledge Of the latest SEO techniques & terminologies is a plus
- Certification/Diploma in Digital Marketing will be preferred
