Job Description
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
- Must able to handle multiple communication channels like Chat, phone, email, Skype etc.
- Must be knowing to analyze a website
- Identifying new sales leads and convince them to close the deals
- Having knowledge on Search engine and Social media
- Pitching for various services like SEO, SMO, PPC, and Web development etc.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with leads during lead nurturing/prospecting
- Researching and understanding the needs of the leads
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s services/products to cross sell
- Developing quotes, proposals, and other documents asked by a lead
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person(If required)
- Must be knowing how to schedule meetings and appointments with the lead
- Follow up the client when the project is underway
- Must be knowing to co-ordinate between the client and project manager
