Job Description
Responsibilities for the position include:
- Smooth and effective coordination within and outside the system to have positive business impact
- Reports and data analysis basics requirement to be fulfilled to management
- To build new channel partner base
- Use social media, events, and channels to drive sales
- Strong vigilance on competition/market activity and recommend corrections for product drive related pricing, negotiation to drive business
- Knowledge and use of social media/technology and goggle analytics for marketing
- Providing exceptional customer service and operational leadership within the space
- Driving sales within the space by conducting tours, answering inquiries and conducting community outreach
- Delivering prompt and thoughtful responses and solutions to members both verbally and in writing
- Engaging the immediate and greater Whitefield community in order to promote internal meet-up sessions/seminars and development of the entrepreneurial growth of the city
- Fostering relationships with key vendors to provide services and amenities
- Serving as brand advocate and playing an integral role in developing the community through feedback from members
- Providing oversight of all physical space operations, security, amenities and member service infrastructure
