Job Description

Key business objectives:

Acquire new business with new and existing clients by leveraging current relationships.  Able to do Bidding on Upwork, Guru, Elance, and other similar job websites portal. Building and managing own book of business. Making and following up with new clients. Making MIS report. Coordinate meetings, calls and communications between management and clients. Build and establish strong relationship with customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements;

B2B lead generation through market research and positioning across our target customer segments and US & Europe markets.
Lead qualification and prospecting (cold calling, personalized emails, appointment setting) to maintain an optimal sales pipe-line. Should be proficient in Proposal Writing, Keeping Follow ups, Requirement Gathering.
Lead nurturing by initiating conversations and developing relationships with key decision at targeted firms.
Should have experience of managing client relationships, as well as developing new business from clients and handling complete end to end sales cycle right from negotiation to closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by the management.
Able to understand client's requirement, drafting project estimation and proposals in consultation with the technical team.
Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
Candidate will be responsible for selling IT Services, Solutions, Design, Web design and development projects.
Should have result oriented & able to work independently.
Ability to achieve aggressive deadlines and sales targets.

Desired Skills and Experience

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the B2B business and client handling.
Graduate in any stream ( MBA in Marketing will be given Priority)
Results orientated, resourceful, enthusiastic and diligent
Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism
Negotiate with clients on behalf of firm. Maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate revenues for additional business.
Exhibit a high level of attention to detail in written and verbal communications.
Strong Customer Service orientation and understanding the customer's perspectives.
High level of PC literacy with in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and operating systems.
