About You

You’ll be working from Mumbai
About Position
You will service customers by maintaining customer relationships, responding to inquiries, documenting actions and resolving product and service concerns by interactions via phone, email, chat, etc.
Details: Day to Day work
- Manage web orders and provide customer service via email and phone
- Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints for accounts
- Prepare shipments and return labels on FedEx, DTDC, etc
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries for FedEx, etc
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- Works closely with the warehouse to ensure shipments are shipped on a timely matter and as instructed
- Understand importance to know what customer’s needs are and have a good system to follow up
- Handles incoming customer service emails and phone calls. -
- Maintain customer records by updating account information. -
- Engage customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Assist with all aspects of customer service whether related to e-commerce or not.
- May need to do some research into the market to analyze information and solve problems.
Skills
- Candidates with excellent Communication in English is Must
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years experience in a customer service role preferred
- Customer Service experience / personality and excellent data entry skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
