We are seeking a SEO specialist capable of driving results for our clients.
You will have a vision of what our clients business needs to succeed, collaborate with internal teams on multiple projects at once, manage and report day to day performance of the sites, run campaigns and educate and advise multiple stakeholders.
To do so, the successful candidate will work closely with the stakeholders and the digital team at The Smarketers.
This role has responsibility for both strategy and execution, and as such, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of working closely with technical teams, as well as the ability to communicate with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilites

Define strategies for enterprise clients to generate results from SEO best practices
Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing site traffic through organic search listings.
Run controlled SEO experiments and prove the value of our ideas and help scale them up
Lead a team and mentor them in the ways of organic search tactics & advice on best SEO practices
Managing SEM budgets and Weekly/Monthly Activities.
Report on the overall SEO health of web properties and rolling up SEO reports in a meaningful way
Carry out performance investigations
Researching keywords using tools.
Manage relationships with agency and vendor, and govern the relation
Stay on top of current search engine news, trends, SEO practices, and emerging items of interest

Requirements

Understanding of B2B Business models and working on a SEO and SEM strategy to improve traffic and conversions
Creating a roadmap of initiatives to drive growth
Data analysis skills and ability to identify actionable insights from large datasets
Proven track record assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas, and delivering results and in a fast-paced online environment.
Ability to drive clear, thoughtful, and comprehensive analyses of marketing programs
Proven ability to work closely with technical (software development) teams.
Strong Experience of Organic SEO in Leadership Capacity.
Strong knowledge of Search Engine algorithms & ranking strategies.
SEO software and tools
Web analytics
HTML (Tags, basic level coding, tool Dreamweaver)
Design/Development (should understand ui/ux from a user point of view; use simple coding with standards (flexible and scalable).
Online promotion(various other mediums(web directories etc), should be known to link building activities)
On page/off page optimization
Proven track record in managing SEO projects from inception to completion
Experience with B2B SEO and Technology clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
