• We are looking for an Sr.SEO Team Leader to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research. 
  
• You will also oversee paid search campaigns to ensure their success.
  
• An analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. 
  
• Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.
  

• Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
  
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics
  
• Optimize website, keywords and landing pages for search engine optimization
  
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  
• Develop and implement link building strategy
  
• Manage a team of SEO Specialists to deliver against the defined SEO Strategy.
  
• Communication to clients and management on project development, timelines and results etc.
  
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
  
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  
• Client communication and regular reporting to update all the clients.
  
• Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  

• 1+ years of experience in team leading in search engine optimization (SEO) and social media marketing (SMM)
  
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools
  
• Experience with bid management tools
  
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM and Social media marketing
  
• knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing gathered data from both organic and paid sources
  
• Ability to foster strong client relationship at various levels.
  
• BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
