Job Description
Urgent requirement for Service Co-ordinator in Dombivli.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make call to corporate customer for service due of UPS and battery.
- Follow up with customer for generation of revenue from AMC.
- Co-ordination with technician, sales person, clients and various departments for planning of maintenance.
- Checking and replying all e-mails, inward and outward couriers etc.
- Sending quotation of AMC, prepare AMC letter, AMC agreement and repair quotation.
- Follow up with customer for outstanding payments and AMC renewals. Update for Payment records of clients.
- Prepare monthly maintenance schedule of corporate customer.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 yrs.
Education: HSC/Graduate.
Notice Period: Immediate
Salary: As per company Standard
Job Location: Dombivli East
Timing: 9.30 am - 6.30 pm
