Job Description
National Institute of Speech & Hearing (NISH) invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals to provide services as ‘Service Consultant’ for the formulation of NISH Special Rules, Service Pattern.
Qualification : A Graduate or equivalent qualification/ degree in Law /HR
At least 5-7 years of prior work experience in a similar arrangement.
Preferably a retired GoK officer from P&ARD or similar department having experience in doing service matters of similar institutions
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in undertaking such work
Demonstrated experiences and skills in facilitating consultations.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing staff rules and staff pattern
