Job Title: Service Coordinator ( non BE Female Candidate only )

Location: Pune(Chakan Area)
JOB Purpose:
To undertake the task of customer interaction, documentation and service coordination
Area of Responsibilities
- Attend the customer call for service issue
- Update and follow up the service log
- Coordinate with the service engineer for the same
- Handle the new inquiry call and report to the sales department
- Maintain the record for the new inquiry
- Transfer the internal departmental call
- Coordination with the other department
- Maintain the all kind of documentation

External Interactions: customer
Geographical scope: Pune
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification: Bsc computer/Electronics/BCA/BA
Preferred Total Experience: 0-6 month as sales coordinator or back office or receptionist
Note: Excellent in communication living in nearby (Chakan/Bhosari/Moshi )
