First Point of contact for End Users Services ( Help Desk -Non-Voice) Chat, E-Mail and Web Support Level 1 and 1.5 troubleshooting skills - Outlook, Windows OS and other basic system applications troubleshooting Monitor the Chats in queue and provide required support Supporting and training service desk Team Members Managing other resources if they are not capable of solving the issues.
- Assessing the process and troubleshooting problems if required Non-Voice Support - 24/7 and Agent from Voice experienced also considered for Non-voice requirement
