Position Details:
Position: Service Desk Analyst-L1
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Location-Noida, Bangalore, Chennai
Permanent position
Should be open for 24/7 support.
Job DescriptionRespond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Research questions using available information resources.
Advise user on appropriate action.
Should know about SLA and severity/priority ( Person should aware of Incident and service request definition ).
Follow standard help desk procedures.
Log all help desk interactions.
Temp asset device allocation.
Administer help desk software.
Follow up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues.
Redirect problems to correct resource.
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.
Prepare activity reports in excel format.
Inform management of recurring problems.
Skills required Excellent communication skill in English.
Should have hands-on experience in basic Computer hardware and Software.
Should have a positive & go-getter attitude.
Flexible to work in 24/7 environment
