Job Description
- Academic Qualification: Under Graduate / Graduate .
- Interact with customers by phone, e-mail or online chat concerning various care issues.
- Excellent communication skills
- Develop Lead Generation Activity.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and a Team Player.
- Follow up clients via mail and chat, If found interested counsel them for our services, Soft Spoken.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good with organization and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, strong commitment and result oriented.
- High energy and be adaptable to change.
- Ability to take up additional work combined with the capability of learning new tools, tasks and processes.
- Informing players about current promotions
- Assisting players with technical issues
- Informing players about games and game rules
- Experience: 1 Year minimum
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English / Bilingual (regional language preferred)
- Team player and quick learner
- Experience of working in Customer Service and / or contact center environment.
- Preferred Knowledge of gaming is an advantage though not essential
- Strong customer service skills and problem solving skill.
- Graduate
