Job Description:
- Recieve Calls/incidents through Phone, Web,Email or Chat .
- Log incidents in Ticketing tools and share the ticket number with the user .
- Route incidents between team and Follow till closure .
- Basic experience of customer handling.
- Provide First Level troubleshooting based on SOP's.
- Basic knowledge of email , office automation package usage
- ,Window's Desktop OS .
- Call Logging Logging, Tracking, Follow-up and Closure of calls.
- Generation of Reports
