Job Description:
- Primary roles and responsibility
- Supporting international (Europe) clients over the phone or email or chat.
- Function as first point of contact for incidents and service requests from end users.
- Co-ordination with L2/L3 teams.
- Knowledge troubleshooting desktop, server, network and application issues. (In additional to enterprise applications, customer have in-house applications).
- Appropriately categorize, prioritize and escalate incidents and service requests.
- Good knowledge on Active Directory
- Password Reset/Unlock
- Providing access to new hires and revoking/terminate the access for those who leave organization
- Responsible for Identity and Access management
- Ability to understand incidents/problems quickly
- Good documentation skills
