Job Description:
- Recieve Calls/incidents through Phone, Web,Email or Chat .
- Log incidents in Ticketing tools and share the ticket number with the user .
- Route incidents between team and Follow till closure.Good experience of customer handling.
- Advance knowledge of email , office automation package usage ,Window's Desktop OS .
- Call Logging Logging, Tracking, Follow-up and Closure of calls.
- Generation of Reports .
- Perform Troubleshooting by Taking remote takeover of desktops .
- Knowledge of Remote Takeover tools . Handle Escalated Calls .
- Provide Feedback to Users .
