- 2 - 5 yrs as Service Field exp,ITI or Diploma Graduates.Male candidate preferred.
- Service knowledge and experience for electric Vehicle (not mandatory).
- Attending the service complaints.
- Provide the necessary technical support to the various customers.
- Meet customers and attend to their grievances.
- Preparing the report of calls attended on daily basis.
- Following up the complaints till it closed.
- Electrical knowledge.
- Customer convincing skill.
- Able to priorities the work.
- Willing to travel across the state.
- Need customer handling skills.
- Kannada mandatory
- Two wheeler mandatory with license.
- Computer skill.
