Job Description
- He must be a localite with Diploma/ ITI in the electrical /electronic background .
- Responsible for the technical activities of region/units allocated and ensure that all units are working properly .
- Co-ordinate with the customer and need to build a good rapport .
- Installation support and its follow-ups
- Collecting all checklists and ISO formats from client and its proper submission to HO on time.
- AMC collection of Units allocated.
- Closing the complaints within the time limit.
- Returning the faulty spares on time.
- Two -wheeler is must.
