Job Description
- Primary responsibility is to work under the supervision of our Chief Technician who will also be your mentor.
- Treat customers with respect and at the same time respond / clarify on their queries
- Travel with transport team during deliveries / pickups.Assist the delivery team in installation / un installation of appliances at customer location.
- Attend to customer repair service requests within acceptable SLA. Respect your time and others time as well.
- Escalate service requests to management team and chief technician if situation goes beyond stated SLAs or in case of issues with handling customer queries.
- Ensure that appliances are kept in good working condition and certify them fit / unfit from quality perspective before dispatch to customer premises.Have a keen eye on quality.
- Send regular reports to management team on preventive maintenance to be carried out. We will bank on you to tell us upfront about impediments to maintenance.
- Maintain good relationship with management team ,repair team and customer service team.
