JOB DESCRIPTION
- Position Title Sr. Service Engineer
JOB PROFILE
- ( Min Exp. 2 to 15 yrs)
- Installation & Trouble shooting on operating systems – Windows 98/2000, Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory in Windows 2008/12/16 Server. •Sharing and security permissions setting in file System.
- Configuring DHCP server, Creation of Scopes/Binding IP reservation/Cancellation/Extension.
- Basic knowledge on Mirroring and RAID.Installing, configuring and maintaining Operating Systems, Application Software, Anti-Viruses, Hardware & Networking including managing and maintenance & troubleshooting of LAN.
- Managing the overall administration of LAN system involving configuration and maintenance of application servers.
- Installation & Configuration of Printers, Modems & Multimedia Devices.
- Managing Internet Connectivity & Internet sharing, Wireless Setup with the help of ADSL & Routers.
- Knowledge of Firewall Installation / Configuration and Troubleshoot.
- Knowledge of NAS Installation at advanced level.
