Install and service Car Wash and support equipment
Drive to sites to troubleshoot equipment, perform required repairs, and answer customer questions
Train technicians continuously on the intricacies of their equipment
Interact with management and other personnel to analyze and correct and equipment performance issues
Follow specific preventative maintenance schedules and ensure safety
Perform preventative maintenance checks on all machine components, replacing items as needed
Complete field service reports
Maintain all equipment and facilities in good working order.
Troubleshoot, diagnose issues and make repairs to equipment in stores according to established procedures to minimize parts usage.
Complete scheduled or assigned preventative maintenance or special projects per scope of work and on schedule.
Communicate issues and provide feedback to the supervisor regarding maintenance issues, facility/equipment opportunities and outside service vendor performance.
Maintain spare part inventory accurately.
