Service Engineer – Job Analysis
Department: Sales & Service
Type of position: Permanent
Reporting relationship: Reports to the Director
Responsibilities
- Provide technical service and support on-site for customers.
- Track new projects
- Tap new businesses.
- Handle queries.
- Conduct market analysis
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and debug problems related to Welding, equipment.
- Accountable for spare and service kit provided.
- Install Welding machines/ Service/Demo in the given region.
- Timely completion of service jobs as per the commitments at site.
- Provide the feedback/status of the technical service provided to the client.
- Process and maintain pertinent paperwork related to field tasks within the given timelines
- Timely achievement of targets
- Education – ITI electronics / BE Electronics
- Experience - Minimum 3 to 5 year of experience in sale of heavy machinery and business development preferably in Welding Industry.
- experience in sales of welding cutting or bevelling machines and/or sales of welding related accessories
- Knowledge of our products
- Knowledge of the industry and competitors
- Experience:3-4 Years
