Job Description
- We have urgent opening for Service Field Engineer for one of the Construction Equipment Manufacturing Company.
- Position: Service Field Engineer (Stone Crushing Machine)
- Company: Construction Equipment Manufacturing Company
- Location: Por - GIDC, Vadodara
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Capability to solve all kind of technical problems on concrete batching plant by his own hands
- Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Communicating with customers about service, maintenance and trouble shooting.
- Weekly reports about service, spare parts necessities and general field problems
- Convert routine service call to Annual Service Contract and Annual Maintenance contract.
- Tie workflow to schedule
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Proven field service experience
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Qualification:Diploma/ B.E. / ITI (Mechanical Engineer)
- Experience:2 to 3 years experience
- We are looking for candidates who have experience as a Service Field Engineer in Stone Crushing Machinery and Construction Equipment Manufacturing Company.
