Job Description

Designation: Service Engineer

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure commissioning, and troubleshooting, of boilers, heaters, Chillers, compressors, steam accessories products, heat recovery units, and flow meters and to demonstrate the fuel savings to customers.

Single point contact with the customer.

Handling customer complaints & troubleshooting of technical issues/failure analysis / operational issues, etc.

Visiting customers in warranty / proactive conditions.

Submitting service reports & plan of action to customer preventive maintenance planning

Validation of products and Generating field data for product improvement

Attending Licensing program for TCA engineers

Reduction in FOC due to I&C

Getting customers good reference letters

Walkthrough installation
