This position is responsible for providing onsite car service and support to customers.
Acts as field service engineer to resolve customer affecting technical issues in a timely fashion in order to maintain maximum customer satisfaction.
They have to use the latest technology like(Scanner-KTS, Nitrogen Inflection) to ensure quality service to the customer.
Provide value as a team member in cross functional implementations while demonstrating effective interpersonal skills resulting in successful systems implementation and support.
Promote knowledge transfer to influence positive change and strengthen the team's performance
Prepares activity reports on support activities
Supervise and train less experienced staff
Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
Provide high-level technical support to customers at their location.
Develop Service technical documentation.
Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.
Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Field Service Engineer
Provided excellent customer service by providing safe, timely and accurate repairs in a courteous and professional manner.

Skill Set :

Position: Service Engineer(Trainee )
Qualification : Btech/BE(Mechanical /Automobile /EEE/EE)
Non-Tech Skill: They should have good communication skill with good technical skill
Location: PAN India
