Job Description
o Maintain records of all repairs carried out and get customer confirmation that the work was carried out to their satisfaction.
o Give customers any necessary product information, which might help them resolve minor problems and determine when a service visit is necessary.
o To adhere to the system for submission of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and submit to head office.
o Participate in all kinds of Marketing Activities viz., Demonstrations, Exhibitions, Meals& Road Shops.
o Diagnose and repair faults to company products at customer’s premises & at Service Center under warranty/out of warranty to their complete satisfaction.
