Job Description
Customer Service Executive - Chennai.
- Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers.
- Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken.
- Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales targets.
- Reporting back on results.
- Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions.
- Interested candidates can walk-in to our office located at Guindy, Chennai every Saturday from 01.08.2019 to 31.08.2019.
- The role requires travel 90% of the time. Allowances Extra. Two wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
- Language Skills - English and Tamil Mandatory. Hindi is optional.
