- Resham Sutra is a Social business working in the field of Solar powered machines for rural livelihoods. Our innovative machines help rural people earn two to three times of income.
- The machines are marketed in 14 states of India and growing to new regions.
- Service department takes care of post-sales service of Resham Sutra products.
- It takes care of scheduled maintenance jobs and handles customer complaints.
Responsibilities
- Plan maintenance activities.
- Schedule service technicians visits.
- Handle technical queries.
- Audit quality of technicians work.
Requirements
- Prefer experience in service engineer or similar role.
- Good people skills.
- Willingness to travel, as required.
