Job Description
- Monitor Complaint resolution, analysis complaint generation and action were taken for improvement.
- Ensure efficient service operation by providing adequate tools and equipment and a smooth working environment.
- Maintain Service and parts coordination through regular meetings with parts manager.
- Monitor body shop cash flow and regular meetings with insurance officials for recovery of all short payments.
- Check and monitor manpower performance and impart training as per their requirements.
- Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
