Job brief:

We are looking for hotel management graduates to work as service executive for a new Turkish cafe in Kolkata, which will revolutionize the Middle Eastern fast food industry in India.

Responsibilities:

Provide the perfect service experience for every Guest
Adhere to timing standards for products and services
Look for ways to consolidate service and increase table turns
Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage
Serve the Guest in an accommodating manner to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Apply positive suggestive sales approach to guide Guests
Looks for ways to avoid waste and limit costs
Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed
Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures
Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality or service.
Service managers must be courteous and attentive when dealing with patrons. Satisfying customers’ dining needs is critical for success and ensures customer loyalty
Ensure the Guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant

Requirements:

Minimum qualification – Bachelor’s degree/diploma; Hotel management or similar culinary school diploma preferred
Previous serving experience preferred, freshers with good communication skill can also apply.
Communicative and street smart, ability to handle interactions with customers.
