Job Description
Provides customer support for AUMA group supplied products only in diagnosing, troubleshoots customer problems, fixes parts and provides solutions.
Repairs, installs and carry out R&M, commissioning activities, calibrates products for optimal performance.
Prepare Minutes of meeting after repair for closure of the customer complaints at sites and sends within 2 days, takes concurrence from the Service HO before concluding/finalizing on critical decisions at customers end.
Prepares a variety of paperwork/Snap shots through Mails other electronic media to document work in progress, completed work, and other necessary tracking paperwork, submits Service bills/other connected bills in tandem with what has been agreed upon as per the Franchisee terms .Also submits other required paperwork on a timely basis to department management.
Establishes and maintains prompt professional communications with customers and internal resources. Provides information to customers regarding service products and offerings.
Ensure domestic and overseas visit in case of technical issues to be addressed with respect to servicing of AUMA Products.
